Welcome!
Thank you for checking out my page and I’m glad you’re here! My approach is rooted in
empathy and a deep respect for the unique journey of each person I work with. I believe healing
happens in a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. My role is to walk alongside
you through the challenges you face, offering guidance and encouragement to help you move
toward the life you want to live.

I have over a decade of experience in mental health and social services. I have worked in
residential treatment settings, wilderness therapy, outpatient case management, and crisis
counseling. Along the way, I’ve supported adolescents, young adults, families, and adults
navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, depression, PTSD, and deep emotional pain.
My clinical approach blends Existential Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),
somatic practices, Person-Centered techniques, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), all
tailored to meet your specific needs and goals.

I believe that counseling is not about fixing anything, but rather it is creating a safe space for
your growth and discovering new strengths together. My role is to facilitate this learning and
offer practical strategies for navigating difficult moments and emotions. We will explore the
patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape your life, with compassion and curiosity guiding
the process.

Whether you’re taking your first step toward counseling or returning to it after some time, my
hope is to create an environment where you feel supported in the fullest sense. You don’t have
to walk the path alone. I will be here alongside you, helping you find clarity, resilience, and a
renewed sense of self that comes from true healing.

I am currently studying at University of the Cumberlands and am in my internship for graduate
school at New Growth. On a personal note, I love being outside in the sun and in the ocean! I
am learning how to surf and try to spend as much time outside as I can. I have a 10-year-old
beagle named Gabe, who is my best friend!
